Sales Support Coordinator

Singapore KNOWLEDGE COMPUTERS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending incoming phone calls
- Provide administrative & clerical support to sales team (quotations, orders, invoices, reports)
- Coordinating with sales team & delivery team on daily delivery schedules/operations
- Processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems and give after-sales support when requested
- Checking and monitoring stock arrival from overseas or local suppliers
- Assist in arranging collection from suppliers
- Perform any ad-hoc duties required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE O' levels with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Customer Service / sales support coordinator / supply chain.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Applications or/ and accounting software.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive working attitude, multi-tasking, good team player.
- Able to work independently under mínimal supervision.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

**Other Information**
- Mon - Fri : 9am - 6pm
- Aircon working environment
