Job Overview

The Sales Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication with clients across various projects. This position requires strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective dialogue via phone, email, or web meetings.

Responsibilities include handling techno-commercial discussions for spare parts, upgrades, and modifications, as well as collaborating with vendors and the engineering team for technical and commercial discussions.

The coordinator will work closely with the procurement team to arrange purchase orders, logistics, and shipments, while coordinating on-site activities with supervisors.

A key aspect of this role is preparing and creating commercial proposals for after-sales services, liaising with vendors and other departments.

Additionally, the Sales Support Coordinator ensures compliance with internal procedures for cost calculation and approval processes, negotiates pricing and delivery timelines, and finalizes commercial offers with clients.

Reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients is also a critical component of this position.

Furthermore, the coordinator follows up with clients on proposals, order deliveries, and invoice payments, organizes web meetings, and maintains records of technical communications, equipment histories, and changes/upgrades.

This role requires a high level of mental focus, with the ability to handle timely actions and multitask effectively. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with various personnel.

A degree in Engineering is preferred, along with basic knowledge of MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel is also required.
