
Sales Support Coordinator

Responsible for order processing using SAP CRM and sales coordination.
- Check customer orders / sales contracts to ensure pricing, terms of sales and delivery terms are in order.
- Monitor outstanding customer orders and payment issues before delivery.
- Coordinate and manage administration and documentation for smooth flow of sales operation.
- Liaise with various departments (Materials Management, Production, Shipping, Accounts and Application Engineering) in relation to sales orders.
- Monitor customer’s orders with suppliers and communicate closely with customers.
- Provide support to sales team in handling sales related matters.
- Circulate and perform electronic filing of quotations, contract confirmations and other related sales documents in the archive system.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Mechatronics.
- NITEC mechatronics relevant courses + 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous.
- Able and willing to learn on the job.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Familarity with use of SAP would be advantageous.
