**Job Description for Sales Support Coordinator**
- Processing sales orders, coordinating shipments, and preparing necessary shipping documents.
- Maintaining accurate sales records, updating systems
- Collaborating with other departments (e.g., logistics) to ensure smooth sales operations and timely delivery of products.
- Providing support for sales representatives and managers
- Collaborating effectively with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to sales orders, customer accounts, or other sales-related problems
- Monitor customers’ payment matters and ensure all overdue payments are recovered.
- Provide suggestions to enhance the overall sales management of the assigned market segment.
- Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

**Qualification/ Requirement**
- GCE ‘O’ level with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP Business One will be advantageous.
- Detail-oriented
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records is essential.
