As part of the studio team, you will oversee business and product development initiatives and guide them from the lead phase through close. The role is focused in Singapore, but with a path to grow and contribute regionally.
We are fortunate to partner with forward-thinking clients, including most of the region's banks, insurance, government, telco and more. The credentials you would be working with are:
- A world class research, design, and creative team with ample recognition in the region
- A strong design and engineering portfolio of projects and programs (_like Mobile Banking, and Global Websites_) delivered for dozens of the regions largest enterprise clients, particularly in Banking, Insurance, Telco, and Government
The role is wide-ranging and challenging - you'll be an active and important part of supporting our ongoing growth. You'll work directly with our leadership and regional leads and alongside other members of our supportive and fun-loving studio team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the business leadership, Design and Engineering teams to manage the response to large strategic RFP’s and proactive opportunities.
- Lead relationships with Alephs strategic partners technology platform partners like Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, AWS, Azure, as well as banking specific platforms such as Backbase, Temenos, Thoughtmachine, and others.
- Support product positioning and customer demand, and guide product development from conception to launch.
- Evaluate product functionalities and performance and propose enhancements to products based on market feedback.
- Research and analyse potential partner relationships for the product and generate ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Drive market research studies to explore new technology and oversee development of business proposals for new opportunities.
- Help keep the executive team informed of the business and product development pipeline/status.
- Be an advocate for Aleph, its ways and philosophies to new clients.
- Keep up to date on latest market shifts and trends.
- With as a result, sustainable adding of net new clients / logos to the Aleph portfolio in Singapore
**Prerequisites**
- 5+ years of experience in a digital agency environment is a plus, specifically in a business and product development, client services or strategy function.
- A detailed understanding of the business and product development process, tools and deliverables generally required.
- Proven ability to manage senior relationships with prospective clients and partners from first meeting through deal completion.
- Proven ability to present and communicate clearly to perspectives, internal teams and existing clients.
- Keen on exploring new opportunities and technologies in AI and keeping uptodate.
