Marketing/admin Coordinator

**Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities**
The marketing/admin coordinator will be responsible for the smooth handling of the Singapore office and staff administrative tasks, as well as overseeing responsibilities related to marketing and the event planning process. This dual role encompasses a variety of tasks and will require you to liaise cross functionally. You will be responsible for maintaining office supplies and assisting with general office maintenance and admin as well as liaising with HR to orient new hires. In addition, you will support the coordination of marketing and events including planning and organising local events, assisting with educational grants and surgeon sponsorship forms, and the organisation of general marketing materials such as banners.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Coordination/Admin**
- Local event planning
- Seismic coordination - on and off boarding of employees
- Marketing support for distributors (support images needed for booth design and banners)
- Rotunda management
- Assistance with sponsorship and grant form**:
**Office and Staff Admin**:
- Pantry stock and office supplies - ordering and refilling
- Executive Assistant tasks such as submitting expenses and calendar invites for the APAC Leader
- Office maintenance - faults, pest and cleaning management etc
- Arrange team meetings/events
- Handle and support incoming and outgoing mail and letters
- Support the HR team with new starter orientation in the Singapore office
- Other duties as required
**Required Skills / Capabilities**
**- Exposure to medical devices highly commendable
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in administrative roles/events coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 15kgs**:
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
**Travel and/or Physical Requirements**
- up to 50%
