**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Coordination**:

- Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and sales orders
- Coordinate with customers on orders, delivery schedules, and inquiries
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databasesSupport the sales team with follow-ups and documentation

**Marketing Support**:

- Assist in creating marketing materials, eDMs, and social media content
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions
- Conduct basic market research and competitor trackingMaintain and update website or product listings (if applicable)

**Administrative Support**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Manage office supplies and support day-to-day office operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or admin is an advantage
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred
