Admin & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated Admin & Marketing Executive who can support our sales operations, assist in daily administration, and drive our online presence. This role is a combination of sales support, admin, and marketing — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales Support & Administration

  • Act as backup to Sales Coordinator: issue delivery orders, invoices, and assist in documentation.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, order confirmations, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer records, filing, and databases.
  • Support payment follow-up and basic accounts coordination with part-time accountant.
  • Assist with stock and delivery coordination (liaising with store man & delivery team).
  • Support simple local purchasing (office supplies, packaging, etc.).

B. Marketing & E-Commerce

  • Update and maintain company website & e-commerce platforms (product listings, photos, descriptions, pricing).
  • Manage company social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) with regular posts and updates.
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
    Prepare product catalogues, brochures, and simple marketing materials.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Certificate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in admin, sales support, or marketing preferred (fresh grads welcome to apply).
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of website e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Able to multitask and willing to learn new skills.
