The Marketing Admin Executive act as the main point of contact to ensure that all events administration and logistics are properly planned and executed.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s marketing and administration duties.
- Involve in planning and executing of marketing and event campaigns including event logistics and delivery
- Manage Social Media marketing platforms including update and drafting of the posts
- Gather design inputs from event partners & work with designers to develop EDMs and collaterals
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Track and record all expenses relating to event and marketing
- Participate in event and marketing activities as assigned
- Engage in ad-hoc responsibilities and/or projects as needed to assist

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in administrative & event support
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills
- Possess initiative and good phone etiquette.
- Able to work under pressure & in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
