**To executive daily deliveries and support marketing activities**:
**Job Description & Requirements**:
- Bukit Merah
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- IMMEDIATE
- Able to commit minimum for 6 months contract, renewable & convertible to perm
- 2 to 2.5 K per month
**Responsibilities**:
- To assist in all admin & receptionist duties
- Coordination of logistics / deliveries
- To support / attend to new sales inquiries
- To assist in Marketing, Digital Marketing & Ecommerce efforts
- To assist in simple hands-on tasks: packing / sorting / counting of stocks (when needed)
- And other ad-hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- **_SINGAPOREANS only _**:
- Proactive, spontaneous, and cheerful personality
- Able to work independently
- Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
- Able to converse in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
- With basic knowledge / experience with E Commerce management and social media platforms management (eg.facebook, Instagram, youtube) or familiar with basic graphic / video design tools such as Canva / PS will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS office
- No experience needed, but must be willing to learn and possess right attitude.
