**Job Scope/Responsibilities**
- General administrative matters of the Company across our businesses
- Keeping track, filing and maintaining sales invoices, supplier invoices and relevant documents of the Company
- Arrange and liaise with third party partners with regards to the logistics matters of the Company
- Marketing and related matters of the Company with the objective of increasing sales revenue.
- Assist in the preparation, coordination for delivery and packing of sales of Company's products
- Any other matters and/or ad-hoc duties as required by the Director

**Requirements**:

- Min GCE "A" Levels and above / Poly
- Responsible, reliable, good communication skills, ability to communicate with people of all levels, open minded with a keen interest to learn

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

**Education**:

- GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Admin and Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
