The team creates a fun, warm and friendly shopping experience throughout the store by sharing their product knowledge and enthusiasm with our customers helping to answer questions, offering suggestions and walking our customers to the products they are searching for. Every one of our team members ensures our customers know that they are always welcomed and cared for here at Little Farms.

Role of Retail Associate (Deli Counter):
**Customer Service**
- Greet and deliver an uplifting welcome to customers
- Maintain clean, orderly presentation, and properly stocked deli display counter
- Providing samples of different types of cheese/meats, cutting, weighing, packaging, and pricing of items
- Create a fun, warm and friendly shopping experience throughout the store by sharing product knowledge and enthusiasm with our customers
- Help answer queries by our customers, offering suggestions/recommendations of products
- Assist Store Manager with monthly inventory stock-taking

**Store Preparation**
- Assist in the receiving, verification and unloading of deliveries to the store
- Help stock display shelves/counter and ensure regular rotation of products
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures
- Ensure that deli areas are clean and tidy
- Learning and training opportunities leading to growth and salary increments:

- Retail Associate -> Store Merchandiser or Duty Manager -> Assistant Store Manager -> Store Manager -> Senior Store Manager -> Operations Manager

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn no experience are welcome to apply
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
