About the Role

We are seeking a versatile Deli Host to join our team. As a key member of our deli team, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area.

Your responsibilities will include interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience.

You will also be responsible for assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.

Accurately preparing deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides is essential to meeting our high standards.

In addition, you will use various methods and technologies to ensure adherence to company policies and food safety procedures.

Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles may be required based on business needs.

This position requires movement of up to 25+ pounds and the ability to work in various temperatures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a customer service mindset, be willing to learn and train in multiple roles within the store, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
