**Job Title:** Kitchen Team Member

Join a fast-paced and dynamic team as a Kitchen Team Member at Love's Travel Stops. We're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area.

As a Deli Host, your role will go beyond daily tasks. You'll interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service. No experience? No problem - we'll teach you the skills you need to succeed.

  • General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
  • Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
  • Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides (salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.).
  • Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure adherence to company policies and food safety procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Customer Service Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch customer service.

Willingness to Learn: Train in multiple roles within the store and learn new skills to succeed.
