Patient Service Officer

**Front Desk Services**
1. Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing patient’s information
2. Attending incoming calls (new enquiries or exisiting patients)
3. Change or cancel patient’s appointments
**Patient Servicing and Relationships**
1. Register and maintain patient’s account by recording medical and personal information data
2. Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing patients (New, Existing & VIP Referrals)
**Service Improvement Initiative**
1. Keep records of patients’ interactions, process patients’ accounts and file documents accordingly.
2. Follow and update communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
3. Greet patients warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for calling
4. Compile reports and analyze on patient’s overall satisfaction
**Other Benefits**
Working hours: 9am to 6pm on Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturday. Off day on Sunday (Fulfilment of 88 hours bi-weekly)
Various locations: Ang Mo Kio, Tampines, Bedok and Jurong
