**Generation Next is an authorized distributor for Apple range of products and you'll join a dynamic team in generating brand awareness and driving sell-through with compelling 360 marketing campaigns and in store activities.**

**Roles and responsibilities**:
**Brand Building & Strategic Planning**
- Build Gnext brand as the preferred Apple Distributor in all markets.
- Develop marketing directives for total brand portfolio and product launches with 360

degree execution in all our markets to realize growth ambition.
- Own and drive social media strategy and execution across relevant platforms for key

campaigns to drive awareness and earn conversion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies as necessary to

maintain competitive edge.

**Team and Agency management**
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and

innovation and providing excellence in marketing support.
- Establish effective and sustainable partnerships with agencies, vendors and partners for

agreed KPIs and make decisions on all brand building activities.
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop effective promotional campaigns to drive

revenue growth.

**Performance management**
- T rack and analyze performance metrics, providing insights, recommendations and using

data to inform future marketing decisions.
- Effective budget management while tracking ROI and effectiveness of spending.
- Drive traffic and engagement to Gnext website
- Elevate productivity of Digital / Creative Hub.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, T elecommunications, or

related fields
- Specialized courses or certification in digital marketing will be advantageous.
- At least 10 years of experience in brand and shopper marketing acquired from

international FMCG and or T elecommunication companies.
- Proficiency in digital and social media marketing tools and experience making decisions

about media planning & buying.
- Experience in managing budget and with proven ability to allocate resources effectively

and efficiently.
- Ability to translate consumer insights and customer data sources into effective plans

and actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when interacting with

diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Able to travel approximately once a month to key markets.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of local languages in the specified

countries would be a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
