**Sous Chef / Head Chef [Italian Chef Wanted]**
Sous Chef / Head Chef will be responsible to manage and lead the team to ensure smooth culinary operation and maintain/enhance the level of standard in current restaurants (you will be allocated to one of the restaurant under our company depending on your competency).
Please take note job location is in **Singapore**.
**Requirements**:
Solid cooking techniques and comprehensive knowledge of Italian cuisine is a must
- Flute English with Good interpersonal/communication skills is a must
- At least 8-10 years hands-on chef experience with Italian gastronomy is essential
- Prior experience in fine dining Italian gastronomy is preferred
- Passion for traditional food and positive attitude
- Able to work in Singapore
**Role Description**:
- Responsible for all aspects of line preparation (Italian Cuisine) and kitchen operations;
- Supervises and manages restaurant operations (food ordering, inventory, document all purchase records, etc.,) and report directly to Global executive Chef;
- Maintains hygiene & sanitation of the kitchen according to Department of Health restaurant rules and regulations;
- Organize and provide training for the needs of the kitchen team as a whole and the individual staff as needed;
- Support and work closely with the operations and marketing team in developing weekly specials and marketing initiatives;
