The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. - Overseeing the strategy of social commerce business and influencer marketing from different local markets and analysing the impact
- Initiate and carry out in-depth market research in collaboration with local Business Development team / Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management teams, to drive initiatives with social sellers and KOLs on social media like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc
- Track and analyse the performance of social seller partners and influencer marketing from various regions. Monitoring the budget utilization and KPI achievement
- Driving regional initiatives to enhance the social commerce / influencer marketing performance by analysing data and identifying areas of improvement
- Collaborate with local marketing and business development teams to ensure end-to-end implementation of initiatives, tracking of performance as well as improvement of affiliate platform products
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- 1-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing or affiliate marketing and knowledge of social commerce, e-commerce seller acquisition and seller management will be an advantage
- Knowledge of marketing tracking tools such as Google Analytics, App tracking tools, affiliate platforms and etc. is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, collaborating with diverse and cross-country internal teams and external partners
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment
