Department Marketing- LevelEntry Level- LocationSingaporeOur Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Execute regional Market Research quantitative studies, such as assisting with questionnaire design, scripting, data processing and charting
- Translate large datasets from market research studies and internal databases into clear and actionable implications for the business
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to formulate hypotheses to help build strong data narratives and compelling reports
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet various needs for insights across the region
- Contribute proactively to optimize current processes, tools and reports to drive efficiency and scale
- Drive positive team culture and support team members during peak periods
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline (e.g. Marketing, Business Administration)
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Comfortable with working with large data sets
- Detail-oriented, logical with strong analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders across different markets
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment
