Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our regional brand strategy in the APAC market. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing a brand strategy aligned with our global positioning, while adapting to the characteristics of different markets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing regional brand strategies, with a proven track record of success in driving brand awareness and equity.

They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to oversee brand and marketing execution across regional markets, and lead, mentor, and grow a regional marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Execute Regional Brand Strategy
  • Formulate and implement a brand strategy aligned with the company's global positioning.
  • Adapt to the characteristics of different APAC markets and localize brand narratives.
Enhance Brand Awareness and Equity
  • Design and drive initiatives to increase brand visibility, awareness, preference, and loyalty.
  • Monitor key brand health metrics and apply data-driven insights to refine strategy and execution.
Integrated Marketing & Communication Campaigns
  • Lead integrated marketing communications (IMC) efforts, both online and offline, supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key brand moments.
  • Coordinate cross-channel assets such as advertising, PR, influencers/KOLs, and social engagement.
Digital Marketing and Social Media
  • Develop digital strategies including content marketing, social media planning, SEO /SEM, and e-commerce performance campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize digital presence and ROI.
Regional Collaboration and Team Leadership
  • Oversight brand and marketing execution across regional markets by working closely with local teams and agency partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a regional marketing team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Budget and Performance Management
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets across markets effectively to maximize returns.
  • Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in regional brand marketing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
