**Core Responsibilities**:
You will be part of the APAC Regional Brand Marketing team that sits within the APAC Marketing & ecommerce organization.
The primary responsibility will be to maximize the value and impact of the LEGO Group’s paid media investments in APAC working in close partnership with the appointed Media Agency (80%). In addition, you will be responsible for leading and delivering business results for a select group of franchises (20%).- Be an expert in all aspects of Paid media, utilizing this knowledge and skills to make key media decisions (strategy / partnerships / allocation of budgets etc.) for APAC markets- Manage and lead the relationship with our media agency partner to improve media performance and operational excellence- Lead the Regional and Business unit teams through the Annual media investment planning process while influencing and challenging the markets for media plans to be in-line with APAC brand and portfolio strategy- Collaborate with APAC Marketing Planning & Performance and Digital teams to identify, develop and promote the best standard practice for media effectiveness measurement- Contribute to successful rollout of global OESP framework and ways of working in the Region, by optimizing Paid media harmony with Owned, Earned and Shared media initiatives- Collaborate with Global Media Management on the development / direction of global Audiences and Franchises media strategies- Consolidate media insights, findings and return on investment best practices, to feed into strategic development, as well as Marketing Planning and marketing effectiveness efforts- Collaborate with Global Media Procurement to monitor and improve the delivery of media efficiencies and effectiveness- Be an expert in kids and grownups paid media environment- In this role, the incumbent will also be responsible to lead and deliver growth for a select set of franchises working in close collaboration with Business units and Regional brand team

This involves working closely with Global & Markets partners - in building a strong regional strategy as part of APAC’s overall GTM strategies rooted in commercial & brand growth objectives.
The overall ambition for this role is to elevate and improve the value and impact of the LEGO Group’s paid media investments in APAC working in close partnership with the media agency while also leading business results for key franchises.
This role will directly report to the Regional Brand Marketing Director in the APAC Marketing and eCommerce organization.
**Do you **have **what it takes**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, in marketing, branding, business or other relevant area- Minimum 7-8 years Brand Marketing and/or media experience in Retail/Luxury/FMCG categories, preferably with experience in regional marketing positions- Proven track record of leading informal teams and managing senior collaborator networks- Through the line marketing experience as a brand marketing professional- Data-driven thinking and strong commercial understanding- Ability to influence, challenge and possess analytical skills- Validated experience in an international environment especially in Asia-Pacific- Independent, Creative, energetic and willing to thrive in a constantly evolving environment- Ability to achieve success through collaboration
