**About the Company**
Our client is a global leader in transportation and supply chain management.
**Responsibilities**:
We’re looking for a strategic and business-savvy **Business Development Manager** to develop and grow client relationships to meet commercial targets in the assigned sector.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders and decision makers;
- Prepare strategies to grow and develop client accounts;
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities;
- Develop innovative solutions with various internal teams to meet client’s existing or future requirements;
- Represent the client internally, and manage client information within the company;
- Participate in end-to-end request-for-quotation process, including scoping, solutioning, presentation and negotiation;
- Respond to all client-related matters, from contractual agreements, solution implementation and service performance, to service enhancements and new business opportunities;
- Perform and plan necessary reviews on operations and business;
- Engage with different internal stakeholders in order to build long-term, complex partnerships with clients.
**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in the contract logistics industry;
- Strong understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries, and their capabilities;
- Experience and understanding of the electronics or healthcare sectors;
- Excellent client relationship management skills;
- Strong communications skills, with the ability to articulate requirements across different functions and achieve alignment for client satisfaction;
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to exert influence in a complex organisation;
- Project management skills;
- Process-orientation, analytical skills and business acumen.
