**Title**:
Sr. Manager, Business Development (Based in Singapore/Korea/Japan/ASEAN)
- Responsible for business development and sales in the APAC region.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies, market research, competitor analysis, and planning to define, identify, and implement market entry strategies.
- Develop and identify project pipelines and evaluate specific business opportunities.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify, build, and manage long-term business relationships with strategic partners in the Oil and Gas and Energy sectors.
- Maintain and improve relationships with existing customers and build relationships with prospective customers.
- Participate in meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities.
- Conduct market opportunity assessments to find leads and drive a continuous pipeline of sales.
- Execute effective sales pitches with timely adaptation of strategies as required.
- Collaborate and liaise with the Engineering Department and/or Consulting Department regarding all aspects of proposal work.
- Supervise the proposal process for pursuits and ensure that win strategies are incorporated into the proposals.
- Manage and support the preparation of qualifications, questionnaires, presentations, tenders, quotations, and other pertinent data to support business development.
- Cooperate with the Legal Department and Risk Management Department.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in Engineering with at least 10-15 years of industry experience, preferably within the Offshore Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
- Preferably 7-10 years of work experience related to Business Development.
- Experience with industry EPC projects is an added advantage.
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated business acumen in balancing customer and business requirements.
- Client-focused, solution-oriented with effective problem-solving skills aimed at building and maintaining relationships.
- A strategic and analytical thinker who can influence decisions in a competitive landscape across multicultural environments.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to accommodate business travel.
