
Technical Sales Manager

The Technical Sales Manager is responsible to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business - comprising of business development, sales, commercial/contracts admin, floor flatness surveys, testing, on-site QA, floor design management & reviews, tenders, construction methodologies and resource management (where applicable also in different countries). This will require interfacing with logistics developers, contractors, architects consulting engineers, material handling equipment and racking suppliers.
The incumbent will be required to directly build and manage a team of floor flatness surveyors to respond to technical issues whilst ensuring adherence to Company policies, standard operating procedures, technical specifications and national regulations.
Work closely with the CoGri Regional Business Development Manager, Marketing team and our network of regional Sales Executives and agents drive floor flatness specifications particularly with respect to Goods to Person (G2P), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) & Automatic Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS) but also traditional Defined & Free Movement.
**Requirements**:
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering with post graduation qualification or extensive experience in Sales / Business Administration / Marketing
Minimum 10 years full time experience selling technical services in a multinational environment, preferably in the construction/logistic industries
Knowledge of surveying techniques, industrial flooring & materials handling equipment industries
Possess strong abilities to influence the market at key levels
Fluent in English, with excellent ability to speak and write as well as good working knowledge of other regional languages
Possess good contacts and networks in the ASEAN construction/logistics/Industrial markets
Demonstrates a commitment to business integrity and quality
