**About the role**

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

**What you will be doing**
- Booking of flights with airlines
- Arrange shipments with customers and contractors
- Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
- Work closely with internal operations to meet customer’s requirements
- Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure all data are updated correctly in system
- Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
- Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
- Monitors progress to achieve month end targets
- Work with billing team to close off jobs and issue invoice
- Take charge of supplier’s invoice disputes
- Take lead in issue resolutions
- Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team
- All other ad-hoc work instructions from Supervisor / Manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 3 - 4 years of experience in Airfreight and familiar with import and export process
- Good understanding of Incoterms 2010
- Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment
- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible / Adaptive to changes
- Meticulous to details
- Able to commit OT / weekend duties / after office hours’ coordination
