**Main responsabilités**:

- Reporting to the Assistant Service Manager directly.
- To lead a team of Technicians for daily Service Operations (Workshop/Field).
- To maintain and be responsible for Service Workshop housekeeping and safety matters.
- To plan and allocate jobs to Technicians (Workshop/Field).
- To coach, train and mentor Technicians.
- To coordinate with the administrative team, Rental Specialist and Technicians for daily operations.
- To monitor Service tooling requirements and tools upkeeping and replacement.
- Provide after sales support (Services and warranty) with Manitou Center Singapore Customers.
- To monitor and report on Work In Progress (WIP) status to the Assistant Service Manager.
- To oversee and facilitate Manitou/GEHL/Bluelift machines/products repair and PDI in the workshop.
- To communicate with MBF via ASSIST Portal on technical issues and solutions.
- To prepare Service repair recommendations, Parts list for submission to administrative team for quotation preparation.
- To open Work Order and drawing of parts for Service jobs (Workshop/Field).
- To provide technical support to customers and end users on Manitou/GEHL/Bluelift machines product line.
- To manage local purchase of hardware and consumables for Service Workshop supplies.
- To manage and work with contractors for local engineering jobs required on machine repairs.
- To ensure accuracy of job cards, delivery reports, start up reports and warranty reports.
- To inspect and test machines for sales, hire and in transit before delivery.
- To assist in delivery and commissioning of machines on site.
- To conduct Operator/Familiarization Training for Customers. (Including correct operation techniques and daily required maintenance checks)
- To conduct Full Inspection of machine and complete recording of Loss and Damage Report when machine is off-hire (Rental Machine Off Hire and returned to Workshop).
- To build good customer relationships with customers of Manitou Center Singapore.
- Human resources administration in relation to issues of:

- Workplace Safety and Health matters.
- Guide and motivate technicians to achieve Manitou Center’s KPI
- Technician’s discipline and grievance handling

**EDUCATION**:

- Minimum ITE or NTC refers to Mechanical or Automotive.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of workshop/field service support.
