Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our tyre servicing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, leading and motivating a team of service technicians to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of service technicians to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Deployment: Deploy service technicians for onsite tyre servicing tasks, ensuring that customers receive timely and reliable service.
  • Customer Interaction: Attend to customer requests at the indoor workshop, handling inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Liaise between customers and service technicians on matters arising from job assignments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Possess experience supervising workers in an automotive workshop environment.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in manpower deployment of drivers is highly preferred.
