Job Title: Service Team Lead

Our company is seeking a skilled Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of service technicians, ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, lead, deploy and motivate a team of service technicians.
  • Attend customer requests at the indoor workshop.
  • Handle walk-in and phone inquiries from customers.
  • Liaise between customers and service technicians on matters arising from job assignments.
  • Perform administrative duties such as posting service notifications, inventory replenishment, and tools & equipment maintenance and replenishment.
  • Plan duty rosters for night standby shifts.
  • Be on standby for night service calls on a rotational basis.

Requirements:

  • Possess experience supervising blue-collar workers in an automotive workshop.
  • Prior experience in manpower deployment of drivers is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
