**Role & Responsibilities**
**Secretariat Support**
- Provide secretariat support to CEO/Department on client meetings - scheduling meetings and appointments, as well as take minutes’ meetings, reports preparation as and when required.
- Prepare management reports/ presentation materials in collaboration with relevant departments
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by MD
**Event Management**
- Organise and provide recommendation and support on arrangement of corporate events, conferences and webinars within the Group
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in any field with working experience in financial industry will have added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
- Good interpersonal skills with experience in collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese language is a must as the job requires dealings with Chinese speaking Associates
