Roles & Responsibilities

Our cient, a Nasdaq listed tech company is seeking a Personal Assistant in Singapore:

Position: Personal Assistant to MD

Key Responsibilities

Business Support:

- Assist the MD in managing the daily operations of the company and handling routine tasks.

- Oversee the MD's schedule, efficiently arranging meetings, travel, and business activities.

- Prepare business documents in both Chinese and English (presentations, reports, correspondence, etc.), including translation.

- Accompany the MD to important meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

- Assist the MD in internal and external communications, such as liaising with the Singapore government, chambers of commerce, and business partners.

- Any other tasks delegated by the MD.

Family Coordination:

- Assist in managing the MD's family schedule (medical appointments, education, social activities, etc.).

- Handle personal travel arrangements (visas, accommodations, transportation).

- Assist the MD in communication with their children's school and other related matters.

- Manage the household staff, including drivers and maids.

- Safeguard sensitive information with discretion, maintaining honesty, integrity, and strict confidentiality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Management, Secretarial Studies, Hospitality Management, or English.

- More than 3 years of experience as an executive assistant.

- Bilingual in both Chinese and English (written and spoken), enabling effective communication with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
