**Responsibilities**:

- **General Duties & Responsibilities**:_
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including pre-screening, on-site interviews, employment offers, and onboarding
- Identify, attract, and source hard-to-find passive talent on niche sites and online platforms, as well as through social networks and professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that are aligned with the requirements of each position
- Engage in relevant career events and local job fairs in order to broaden the hiring pool
- Maintain close communication with the hiring manager and deliver consistent and timely manpower results
- Manage and prioritize and close jobs in a timely and effective manner
- Review, recommend, and administer retention/reward/benefit schemes for the organization
- Assist with HR projects and other HR initiatives as needed

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in business, human resource management or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or staffing agency)
- Good knowledge of local employment legislation and fair employment guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems
- Recruitment in F&B industry would be an added advantage
- Able to start immediately or on short notic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Fresh graduate
Part-time hours: 44 per week

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Holidays
- Late shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
