**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**: Identify, target, and secure new corporate clients through strategic outreach and networking, focusing primarily on organizations where you already have HR contacts or industry connections.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with HR managers and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor on corporate wellness solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop tailored sales pitches, proposals, and presentations that emphasize the value and ROI of health screening programs for employees.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Lead negotiations and close deals that align with company objectives while ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Continuously monitor trends in corporate wellness and health screening to identify market opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services and outstanding client experiences.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in B2B sales.
- Strong network of existing relationships with HR professionals in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at building long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s corporate culture is highly advantageous.
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
