Are you passionate about fostering growth and professional development? Join our team as a Learning and Development Senior Assistant Manager in the Office of Human Resources at NTU
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring a great Learning and Development (L&D) experience for our employees in the University. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Organisation Development, you will contribute in the following key areas:
- Programme Management - Manage a portion of our portfolio of learning programmes and offerings.
- Learning Operations Process Excellence and Vendor Management - Partner with our Shared Services colleagues and training partners to ensure operational excellence and improvements in the delivery of our training offerings for employees.
- Content Curation - Identify, source for, and evaluate best-in-class learning solutions and career development offerings that align with our competency framework and close identified skill gaps.
- Learning Needs Analysis - Partner with units to understand their business outcomes, analyse current and future gaps, and propose learning solutions to enhance people capability.
- Training Data Analytics and Reporting - Be the focal point for all learning-related data analytics, dashboards and reporting.
You should have a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years of progressive L&D experience, some of which must include supporting L&D operations efficiently, and at scale.
Prior experience with Workday Learning will be a big advantage.
