We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Learning Quality & Systems to be part of our Registrar & WSQ Office (RWO) – the heartbeat of CCU – ensuring seamless learning operations while driving quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
This is a pivotal role at the intersection of learning innovation, quality governance, and operational excellence. If you are passionate about building robust learning systems, delivering impactful training experiences, and leading teams to excel, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead learning operations: Oversee end-to-end learning administration, including enrolment, assessments, payments, and results management.
Manage systems integration: Oversee Certis' Learning Management System (LMS) and its integration with SAP, ensuring a fully streamlined learning experience.
Uphold quality standards: Support the Head, Learning Quality & Systems, in maintaining CCU's ISO 9001:2015 certification, embedding rigorous governance and process excellence.
Enhance learner experience: Partner with the CCU Advisory Council and Associate Faculty to instil best practices and elevate the overall learner journey.
Leverage data for impact: Use analytics to measure learning effectiveness, track operational efficiency, and identify opportunities to enhance business outcomes.
Drive operational excellence: Ensure the RWO operates with reliability, accuracy, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
A recognised degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in learning administration, operations, or quality management, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integration with enterprise platforms such as SAP.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality assurance frameworks in a learning or corporate training environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into practical improvements.
Excellent organisational skills, with a sharp eye for process efficiency and detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior leaders, faculty, and external partners.
