Senior Assistant Director, Learning Applications

Nanyang Technological University's Centre for IT Services (CITS) is on the search for a Senior Assistant Director of Learning Applications & Solutions. This key position will oversee our digital learning ecosystem, aiming to deliver a impactful and delightful teaching and learning experience for all.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical guidance and direction aligned with IT governance standards to design, implement, and maintain robust IT systems.- Develop and execute project plans to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.- Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to integrate learning technologies seamlessly into the existing learning ecosystem ensuring alignment with educational goals- Lead and collaborate with learning operation teams to establish incident response plans and ensure adherence to predefined SLAs- Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects align with governance frameworks
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline- Minimum 12 years of experience in IT-related industries with at least 5 years in IT project management and technical leadership role- Prior experience and understanding of the education industry are advantageous-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent organisational and leadership skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
