**Get to know the Role**:
The Save & Banking team owns the Digital Bank’s deposits, payments, ecosystem propositions and overall portfolio. Working closely with our various internal and external partners, we craft, develop innovate and execute customer first value propositions that re-imagine banking for our target consumer and business customers, so we can empower them in their financial management journeys.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Deposits Product Manager who has prior expert knowledge and experience managing MSME, corporate liabilities in a Bank, with prior management experience leading teams. You would have a strong record of successful products and services launches and have full end to end experience managing these across all stages of the product cycle from conceptualization, ideation, user / system testing, stakeholder and management buy-ins, portfolio modeling, portfolio management, network training, customer support handling, launch / post launch activities, data crunching, ensure adherence to all regulatory frameworks, regulations etc. You are motivated and driven to re-imagine how banking services could be for our target business segment. You are a thought leader and strategic thinker and is able to thrive in a VUCA environment and is obsessed with driving for success.
This role will be based in Singapore.
**You would be tasked to**:
- Lead efforts to conceptualize, spearhead future product development to out-serve our customers through leveraging technology, data, partnerships, in order to execute and deliver the future full suite of Deposits value propositions for our target customers, working closely with the business head and with all internal and external stakeholders
- Execute the strategic planning rhythm to ensure follow-through of the functional deliverables via discussions, updates and action-tracking
- Have ownership over your portfolio, with focus on acquisition, activation, usage and retention while continually optimizing so as to ensure profitability and sustainability of your metrics
- Partner with various teams such as product, operations, technology, risk, compliance on end to end delivery of service as well as customer experience to ensure best in class service delivery
- Drive customer satisfaction through nett promoter score, Bank satisfaction metrics
- Ensure all products fulfill all regulatory requirements
- Digital first mindset to automate processes, tracking, operationalization of frameworks etc
- Be fully up to date with the banking, competitive, macro interest / economic landscape
- Oversee all commercial and legal negotiations with prospective partners.
**You would have**:
- A good honours degree from a top tier university
- Minimum 10 years of banking experience in the area of corporate deposits products, services and processes
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Expert knowledge and experience in the MSME and/or corporate banking deposit, payments, partnership space
- A strategic and growth mindset with strong problem solving skills and are proactive, resourceful, independent and technologically savvy
- A stellar track record of strong prior product, portfolio, process, P & L management experience, as well as having managed a broad spectrum of products previously
- A self-starter challenger mentality and pro-active mindset who will drive your area of responsibility to success
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, partners etc and strong presentation skills
- In-depth experience in projects managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Adaptability to thrive in an agile, fluid environment with ability to manage ambiguity
- Strong leadership personality who displays integrity, humility, hunger responsibility and ownership
