Position Overview:
Join a major core banking system renewal project aimed at implementing Oracle FLEXCUBE across APAC branches. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead operations development for the deposit area, supporting key implementation and user-side activities.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead the Operations Development team for the deposit area
Manage the Core Banking System rollout using Oracle FLEXCUBE in the APAC region
Handle project management activities related to system implementation
Oversee user-side tasks, including day-to-day operations support for the deposit function
Define business requirements for the deposit area in collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting firm (preferably in banking), or a bank or external vendor providing services to the banking industry
Experience in core banking system implementation
Solid knowledge of the deposit function (either through actual operations or business analysis)
Hands-on experience in user-side project implementation, preferably for large-scale projects
Strong professional mindset with a high sense of responsibility
Experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation and familiarity with user task planning or execution activities such as testing, migration, business continuity planning (BCP), and training are a plus
