Provide quality end to end Service Delivery of Loans and Deposit as well as Account maintenance in accordance to ENBD Group directives. Ensure compliance to Group policies and procedures, local regulatory requirements and guidelines, review of processes to ensure effective controls and efficiency is in place.

The unit works closely with ENBD HO IT, GOPs and Tanfeeth to leverage on technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations.

Responsible for the smooth operational flow of managing the day-to-day activities in loans, deposit and account/static data maintenance (including setup and maintenance of client limits), assisting the Head in managing the overall operational flow. The job holder ensures compliance with Internal and External policies and procedures as stipulated in local and applicable international regulatory requirements and also manages/participates in initiatives, business projects, systems change implementations and new products developments.

To ensure proper upkeep and accurate maintenance of customer data and documents and the safeguarding of client data. In addition, the job holder will follow up and co-ordinate all operational regulatory report submission.
- Communicate Ops and system issues to Senior Management both in branch and Head Office on performance, deviation of policies and procedures
- Support the end-to-end delivery of Loans and Deposits operations processing to customers
- Monitor/Control all transactions received by the branch and ensure smooth delivery and achieve Branch’s performance and contribute to achieving business goals
- Work with relevant stakeholders on delivery of business performance for the branch
- Ensure adherence to service level and quality standards.
- Timely updates to stakeholders on status of issues escalated resolved.
- Ensure for all initiatives or project rolled out to Singapore branch, all regulatory requirements, compliance guidelines, Head office Policies etc. are taken into considerations.
- Support Head of Loans and Deposit Ops and working with IT Change Manager on any related automation and technology initiatives
- Support Head of Loans and Deposit Ops in design of new process taking into consideration system capability, policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, reporting requirement etc
- Support and work with IT Change Manager in rollout of new systems, working closely with stakeholders in business, HO IT, Compliance, Finance
- Proactive engagement with project teams on User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Support and assist in migration and post migration risks from System implementation
- Establish / Refresh Service Level Agreements for services relating to Operations and IT
- Monitoring Service Level standards
- Ensuring adherence to MAS guidelines on outsourcing
- Identify and put in place process changes/ enhancements within Operations based on agreed productivity/ control levers
- Regularly review procedural control frameworks to ensure adherence with Bank’s guidelines and MAS guidelines
- Monitor/control operations and conduct regular reviews to ensure that they reflect changes in products, systems, policies and regulations, both Head office and MAS
- Track and ensure system & process issues related to data accuracy are resolved and control gaps are addressed
- Coordinate and work with various stakeholders on regulatory and management reports to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Support positive workplace culture to foster collaboration and communication
- Experience in Core Bank operations/ Static Data Management/ Credit Administration
- Ability to maintain and/or put in place robust operational controls within Wholesale and Retail Operations
- Understands or with experience in Operational risks and the associated mitigants to address them
- Previous experience of working in a multi-cultural dynamic environment
- Experience in a Middle/Senior Management stakeholder engagement
