As we continue to shake up the industry with our innovative platform and digital services, we're looking for a **VP Commercial** to lead and drive growth across our global markets, for both our direct brand (Circles Life) and other brands that we operate in partnership with our clients.

Working closely with peers in Global Product and Marketing, you will be able to think strategically in order to conceptualize and commercialize new business products and / or ventures, laying the essential foundations for them to develop into unicorns of the future.

This is a group level role and based in Singapore.

**As our VP Commercial, your key objectives will be to drive**
- **Strategy,** develop long term growth strategy and GTM plans for global markets with Product and Marketing teams, including financial projections
- **Results,** lead Country Heads to deliver P&L and performance targets, including total management of customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention
- **Development,** work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver digital experiences that our customers love, leading to industry leading NPS
- **Collaboration,** work with Department Heads to implement creative, unconventional and cost-efficient channels to build and grow our subscriber base
- **Brand,** partner with Global Marketing to build aligned brand campaigns that lead to Non-paid traffic growth
- **Tracking,** adopt efficient tools, systems, and processes to drive sustainable growth, including relevant metrics and KPIs on various growth initiatives

- **Experienced, **having over 15 years of leadership / general management experience, ideally within a fast-paced and high growth online environment
- **Experts,** with several years of digital telco experience covering the customer lifecycle through acquisition, engagement and retention
- **Leaders,** building high performing teams and inspiring members to do their best work, with zero tolerance for political agendas or victim mindsets
- **Entrepreneurs,** with proven track records of developing products and services "end-to-end" from idea conceptualization to launch
- **Owners,** having growth mindsets, and able to influence and leverage internal resources across various teams to achieve business goals
- **Communicators,** articulating strategy and executional performance, implications for business growth, and what actions are needed
- **Strategic,** knowing where they want to take the business, and how they will get there using "first principles" thinking to break down problems
- **Analytical, **structuring and processing quantitative / qualitative data to draw insightful conclusions for how such problems can be solved
