**VP Commercial Operations & Enablement**

**Overview**

Reporting to the SVP Revenue Operations, the VP Commercial Operations and Enablement plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our commercial sales organization.

This position will drive significant impact for Thunes by owning the revenue engine build-out and driving continuous improvement of the organization across enablement, process design and execution, tech stack build-out and optimization as well as commissions and incentives processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner closely with Global Leadership to achieve growth objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to drive strong performance across new business and account management sales motions
- Drive and lead all operational aspects of commercial operations including: lead to cash process optimization, technology stack optimization, commission and incentive plans, sales enablement programs
- Design and implement global enablement programs for our commercial teams and leaders, from new hire onboarding to continuous learning. Build out and manage playbooks, working closely with cross-functional teams to generate relevant collateral across all funnel stages
- Build and drive process, change management, and operational efficiencies within our go to market organization. Work closely with cross-functional partners to map out and optimize customer journey, sales process and technology flows across the organization
- Manage our existing technology stack, define and prioritize future roadmap and evaluate / implement new technologies to help increase our revenue team productivity
- Build out effective incentive plans to align sales performance with broader company goals and manage the commissions payout process internally
- Help define and drive a performance driven culture across the commercial operations team and the broader revenue operations organization

**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy and/or Operational role in B2B environments (payments experience strong plus)
- Exceptional people leader: acquire, develop and retain top talent to perform beyond expectations
- Ability to lead through influence, working alongside organizational leadership (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Executive Team)
- Proven track record of leading change management, building aligned tooling and developing methods to measure and systemize revenue KPIs for internal teams and customers
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Ability to build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive-level partners
- Previous experience with Salesforce and Tableau strong plus
