**About the role**:
A Survey Director at Inc-Query has full end-to-end responsibility to successfully deliver on client (survey) projects. Specifically, the main responsibilities cover the following three areas.
- Client management: The main premise of Inc-Query is co-creating survey with clients. Survey Directors need to discuss the survey and objectives directly with Inc-Query clients, help them build the right questions and logic and provide input/feedback on best practices. Inc-Query clients are generally non-technical, so an important part of the role is translating their vision into a working technical setup.
- Business acumen: One important part of Inc-Query’s value proposition is understanding the underlying business objectives (e.g., "understand key drivers of purchase decisions") and how those map to survey questions. The surveys are often related to a potential acquisition/investment, so it is important to think like an investor and/or business decision maker.
- Technical skills: Surveys programmed by Inc-Query are typically highly complex. Questions are dynamically skipped or repeated, question options change based on responses to earlier questions, etc. Setting up this logic involves mastering Inc-Query’s purpose-built UI and writing complex formulas. The extent of programming required as a Survey Director is more demanding MS Excel, but requires less in-depth knowledge than full-blown software development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Individual Contributor who can manage 3-5 projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, consulting style environment
- Client Management: Responsible for guiding & co-creating surveys with clients on how to best structure their survey work and leading Quality Assurance by evaluating the logic/conditionality and provide input/ feedback on best practices
- Understand the underlying business objectives (e.g., "understand key drivers of purchase decisions") and how those map to survey questions
- Think like an investor and/or business decision maker
- Support clients hand-on in case of urgent requirements
- Perform survey data analysis - by deriving insights from data gathered and articulate the findings clearly
- Clients are generally non-technical, so an important part of the role is translating their vision into a working technical set up

**Job skills and qualifications required**:

- Master’s degree in Computer science/ Data analytics/ Business analytics, or similar discipline
- Strong background in technology and consulting
- 5+ years’ experience in technology functions i.e., familiarity with software programming
- Prior experience in Survey Analytics, Data Analytics & Data Visualizations
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Proactive in nature, quick response in case of operational issues, and has a strong sense of responsibility.
