**What the role is**
- As Senior Assistant Director/Deputy Director, New Campus in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will lead a team to implement and manage new school projects to meet MOE specifications within the allocated budget and timeline.
**What you will be working on**
- Plan, develop and execute development and special projects, as well as infrastructure related work assignments
- Lead the engagement of internal and external stakeholders to improve understanding of MOE requirements for school infrastructure
**What we are looking for**
- At least 5 years of working experience in building infrastructure related areas such as Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Quantity Survey, and Project Management
- Having experience in leading teams to implement and manage building infrastructure projects and contracts would be preferred
- Possess good knowledge and working experience in dealing with building related authorities
- Forward-looking with strong and collaborative leadership, analytical, writing and communication skills
- Able to cope with complexities and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently
- Highly-driven, organised and comfortable with working in a dynamic environment
