Senior Executive (Resource Planning Group)
In this role, you will:
- Provide high quality and efficient administrative support to a dynamic team undertaking Chemical, Toxins, Radiological and Nuclear Defence Research in CTRN Programme to enable smooth running of projects and day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in project planning and administrative tasks
- Programme Financial Budgeting and Management
- Programme Manpower and Facility Resource Management
- Programme and Division Event Organisation and Logistic Planning
- Managing Director Administrative Schedule and Monthly Meetings Commitment
- Programme Coordinator for Regional Secretariat Portfolio
- Support the Division Resource Planning Group
- To ensure data integrity and accuracy as well as timeliness in all work submissions
- Collate data as well as generate monthly report on statistics related to Programme's projects health status, manpower loading and utilisation, as well as staff training statistics
- Generate on a monthly basis, 3-years forecast of Programme’s, manpower loading status and resource availability so as to highlight manpower issues that may arise
- Liaise and co-ordinate with various stakeholders to ensure that work is carried out smoothly and timely
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration
- Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous
- Basic financial knowledge is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good command of written English and ability to write well professionally
- Good communication and organization skills
- Team player
