This is an excellent opportunity to join an established market leader as an Assistant Manager with a focus on corporate secretarial services and access to mentoring, training and development from experienced business leaders with strong client relationships.

The main focus of the role will be to manage a diverse portfolio of new and existing clients and to provide a full spectrum of corporate secretarial services to assist businesses establish a presence in Singapore, and assist businesses to fulfill all of their ongoing governance and compliance requirements in an efficient manner.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of clients.
- Provide advice to clients on corporate secretarial matters.
- Oversee daily operations of the respective team members and ensure all communications with clients are supported with proper documentation and responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Provide good client service ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries
- Ensure regulatory compliance for corporate secretarial services are met.
- Review and ensure AML KYC process are met.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
- Support on ad-hoc projects, research and compliance matters and go-to-market initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification with a minimum of 7+ years in a corporate secretarial practice, with at least 2 years in a managerial role preferably in a professional firm.
- Display strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Good written English and other languages also relevant.
- Must have good interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently, lead and motivate a team of professional staff.
- Meticulous, detailed and deadline-oriented.
- Strong business acumen.
