We are looking for an outgoing and dynamic individual to join our Project and Admin Department and assist the Office Manager to handle wide range of duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handles site administration, coordination, and office support activities.
- Assist in execution of Project Management, project schedule, coordination with sub-contractors, progress claims, payment certification, etc. for all project related matters.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Perform secretarial and administrative duties
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g., electricians)
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
- Collaborate closely with the HR and Admin team in affiliated company and subsidiaries globally.
- Assist in occasional ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Min 2 years of working experience
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task and maintain strict confidentiality of information
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (written and oral) to collaborate with Mandarin speaking internal stakeholders across the region.
- Previous working experience in Food and Beverage sector is highly preferred
- With marketing experience is not essential but is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
