Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Secretary Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Draft, review, and organize correspondence, emails, and reports.
  • Prepare and maintain confidential documents and records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and event planning.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and office communications professionally.
  • Assist in personal errands and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Digital Marketing Duties

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop strategies to increase online engagement, followers, and leads.
  • Manage paid advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
  • Conduct competitor research and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Assist in website updates, SEO optimization, and online branding.
  • Support sales team with digital marketing materials and promotions.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other online platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
