**Scope of Work**
- Building relationships with users
- Transform user experience and improve user satisfaction.
- Develop strategies for superuser adoption.
- Maintain and improve Workday usage for users.
- Ensure best practices in HR via scalable processes.
- Spot opportunities for business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives to improve productivity.
- Spot new Workday requirements.
- Communicate with users to understand requirements and needs.
- Resolve Workday issues and improve user experience.
- Ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
- Develop Workday guidelines and manuals.
- Conduct user training.
- Review Workday and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
- Structure and communicate plans with stakeholders for review, approval and implementation. Keep abreast with the latest HRIS technology and best practices.

**Requirement**
- Hands-on experience in HR processes and expert in HR policies.
- Hands-on experience in managing data, HR transactions and processes in HRIS.
- Able to to understand stakeholders' issues, identify gaps, gather feedback and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
- Able to work with System Integrator and other teams on possible solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and documentation skills.
- Able to work in ambiguous situations and consider issues from a long-term operational perspective.
- Comfortable with co-solutioning and implementing solutions/new initiatives. Excellent planning skills to manage milestones and stakeholders' expectations.
