We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **(Senior) Manager, Talent Acquisition** to lead our talent acquisition strategy and execution across multiple markets in Southeast Asia, attracting and acquiring top talents aligned with our organizational goals. This role will be responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and driving best-in-class talent acquisition processes to support the company’s growth. The

**What you will do**:

- Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals to drive efficiency and effectiveness in hiring.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and talent needs.
- Oversee end-to-end hiring across all functions, including sales, risk, credit, operations, product, engineering, and other key business areas.
- Strengthen the employer brand by leveraging marketing initiatives, social media, and employee advocacy.
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies and utilize recruitment analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships, including recruitment agencies, job boards, and talent platforms, to optimize recruitment investments.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hiring regulations across different markets.
- Lead strategic projects related to talent acquisition, such as diversity hiring, employer branding, and recruitment technology enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in hiring across multiple geographies, particularly in Southeast Asia.
- Experience in the fintech, financial services, or tech industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and market trends.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
