We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Assistant Manager, Collections Services.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Perform P&L reporting for all retail products
- Perform account maintenances and P&L accounting entries and OA dividends for all products as per FIM requirement
- Perform daily bank reconciliation for all general ledge account and monthly certification in the FIN Assurenet
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly GRCA Returns on Bad & Doubtful accounts for submission to Finance Department
- Regulatory reporting for MAS 606 and MAS 643 and also provides FIN with the write-off and recovery balances
- Perform Credit Bureau and Quesnnet searches, memo/updates all into collection system
- Prepare collection letters and debt restructuring letter of offer for customer
- Checker of POD (Proof of Debt), POC (Proof of Claim) statements of the account submission for law firm actions
- Billing reconciliation for the Debt Collection Agencies, Law Firms and Credit Counselling Singapore (CCS)
- Handling incoming mails from the Collections Generic Mailbox
- Perform reimbursement claims and vendor billing via Fusion
- Ensure all empowerment matrix process are in compliance
- Contribute to operational efficiency by minimizing manual work and improve workflow by automation
- Ensure that all documentation and reports are prepared and submitted timely for audit checks

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Diploma graduate with at least 2-3 years of banking experience in operations/support area in Credit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access would be an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of OHC, HUB and SFE systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
