**Collection Officer - Commercial Debt Collections**

**Job responsibilities**:

- Collect overdue commercial debt from corporate accounts within South East Asia Region (e.g. Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam etc)
- Negotiate the repayment arrangement with debtors
- Handle enquiry calls with customer on case progress
- Record collection activities into system
- Provide support to the team on collection and administrative issues

**Job Requirements**:

- Relevant working experience in credit control or debt collections
- Good understanding of collection process
- Fluent spoken and written English and Thai is required for daily communication with Thai speaking debtors. Knowledge of multiple languages/dialects is an advantage for SEA business.
- Result-oriented with strong initiative and drive to succeed
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
